While Carrington had recently signed with a local agency and was already doing a fair amount of print work, we made the decision that we wanted to explore the acting side of things. We went to our first Talent Inc. in March 2018 and met with numerous agents from NY and LA. She is now signed with The Savage Agency in LA and deciding between several NY agents. Talent Inc. was a great experience for us as we were looking to get our foot in the door and network with others in the industry. Mission accomplished. We are headed out to LA & NY for the summer, wish us luck!

Talent Inc. was a great experience for Maggie. We put her in really to see if she had what it takes to get into the acting business. We were blown away by the experience and with Maggie winning best Overall Child Talent we learned she did indeed have “it”. We had interest from multiple bicoastal agents and ended up visiting with several. As Maggie’s true passion is musical theatre we ended up with an agent in NYC who specializes in musical theatre. As a result, Maggie has had several auditions for both Broadway shows and Broadway touring shows. She has also auditioned for several movies and television shows, making final callbacks and meeting directors for a few. She is still waiting for that “big break” but is enjoying the process and learning new skills along the way making sure to take time to spend with family and friends.
Acting Out Studio proved to be a wonderful way to hone my skills and take my acting to the next level. The instructors are experienced in getting jobs in the industry. The Master Film Class helped me by being in front of the camera frequently. What I learned has greatly helped me in professional settings. Acting Out studio taught me that I will never stop learning. The more I practice and the harder I work the better I become. It gave me a safe space to practice and to learn. I had the freedom to mess up which was what I needed to get better. The ability to watch myself on camera taught me more than I ever imagined. The opportunity to go to Talent Inc. was a game changer. I was honored in winning best overall actress. Talent Inc. taught me the power of networking and the importance of learning everyday, proactively. Seeing actors that work in LA and NYC as well as hearing from casting agents, and directors gives a whole new perspective on the craft of acting. Not to mention the real work of putting together a commercial, film scene, and doing improv in front of experienced agents who work in the industry everyday. Since Talent Inc. I have acquired an agent. I have had the opportunity be in numerous different productions. I have also had several auditions for local commercials and films. I am grateful to Acting Out Studio, the teachers, and Kamber for the opportunities I received.
After seeing Jack perform last weekend, I said to him, maybe you should take improv! The main reason my husband and I wanted him to do Talent Inc. was to see how he performed, and what level his seriousness is about acting. I was so impressed with the whole event, and how well our AOS students performed! Kamber, you and the rest of the staff did an amazing job preparing them!
Very few studios for young actors deliver the kind of ‘ready to go’ performances from youth in the Charlotte NC area. I always leave events with an amazing number of callbacks and a few fantastic new kids for my roster. The coaching and business ethic of Acting Out is exemplary. Wish they were in seven cities!
I love Talent Inc and Acting Out Studio. It starts with the awesome people running the studio! They are all are caring class acts, that know what a gifted talent looks like and understands how to make it grow into great! I have found and represented many of their actors. The actors are all well prepared to work in their regional markets as well as ready for Los Angeles.
On the behalf of Charlotte Seen we attended the Acting out Studio Fashion Show and found it to be very professional and organized. At Charlotte Seen we are always looking for new models, singers and performers to be involved in Charlotte Fashion Week and when we saw the Acting Out Studio Fashion Show we scouting and found talent to be involved in our shows. We welcome Acting Out Studio students to our shows and delightfully encourage them to live their dream.
Kamber’s kids are always so prepared, constantly working on their craft, and have amazing knowledge about the ins and outs of the business. I would highly recommend Acting Out studio, to get the training you need to be competitive in this business.
Kamber and her team at Acting Out Studio really understand what industry pros are looking for in the Los Angeles market. I have found some talented actors that are now steadily working and getting to the next level of their careers.
