Anisah Jabar is a Native New Yorker and began her artistic journey as a dancer at age 5. She loves theater and started acting training in NYC at the Susan Batson Studio in 2017. She originated the character of Electra in Water Inc. The Musical, which debuted in 2022 in Mooresville, NC. She’s continuing her musical journey with Need a Little Christmas, which will perform in Charlotte this holiday season.
Anisah is an Emmy-award winning journalist and field producer. At her previous job, she trained new associates, volunteered at high schools and coordinated diversity fellowships. She has a passion for helping others and loves to support artists in their journey. As a former A.O.S student, she’s excited to dedicate her skills to Acting Out Studio’s thriving acting community.
