Jessie just moved to Charlotte after many years living in NYC! Jessie began her professional career at the age of 8 as Tiny Tim in a production of A Christmas Carol. From there, her involvement in the family business continued at the Booth-owned and operated Alhambra Dinner Theatre of Jacksonville, Florida. Jessie attended the BFA program at the University of Central Florida with a Nonprofit Management minor. After school, she worked as an AEA actress around the country in productions such as First Date (Regional Premiere) as Allison, Shrek as Princess Fiona, and Jekyll and Hyde as Lucy (to name a few of her favorites). Jessie toured the globe as a Lead Singer on AIDA Cruise Lines.
In New York, Jessie spent many years working under Broadway producers for the original Broadway productions of Kinky Boots, Natasha Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812, The Color Purple, American Psycho, and Disaster!, among many others. Jessie can also be seen in many commercials, movies, and TV shows. Outside of performing, Jessie’s passion is directing and working with young performers. Nothing is more exciting to her than seeing young talent discover and grow within this beautiful art form. Jessie’s favorite things include dogs, tea, and books!
